Collaborations With Architects

Estates by Jeffrey Collé are currently collaborating with Tony Ingrao to build a 21,000 sq ft home and 5,000 sq ft guesthouse on Georgica Pond. Estates by Jeffrey Collé were hired to assemble a consulting team to create a monolithic waterproof foundation. The project is currently at the stage of waterproofing the foundation in order to create a lower level with 12 ft ceilings.

Estates by Jeffrey Collé are working with Howard Backen and his team on the construction of a home across two lots on a 400 ft waterfront on Peconic Bay in Sag Harbor. Estates by Jeffrey Collé have pulled together a team of soil engineers, among others, prior to the construction of foundation.
